1. Nature of the products

COVER404 manufactures outdoor furniture covers individually made to each customer's submitted measurements. Every order is unique, sewn specifically for your furniture based on the dimensions and fabric type you provide (length, width, height, fabric type).

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-day return)

In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized for them.

Since every COVER404 cover is sewn individually according to your submitted measurements, it is considered a personalized product and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind after placing the order.

You confirm this condition before completing payment — the information entered into the measurement calculator becomes the specification of your individual order.

3. Your rights if you receive a defective or non-conforming product

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom products does NOT eliminate your rights as a consumer to receive a product of satisfactory quality. Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, all products carry a 2-year statutory conformity guarantee.

If the product you received:

  • has a manufacturing defect (in the seams, material, or sewing quality);
  • does not match the measurements you provided due to an error on our part (not due to inaccurate measuring on your part);
  • was damaged during delivery;

— you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by email, including photos illustrating the issue.

4. How to verify your measurements before ordering

Because the product is sewn according to the data you provide, please check your measurements carefully before confirming your order. A +3cm buffer is automatically added to each dimension to ensure the cover fits on and off easily. If you have any doubts about measuring, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help.

5. Delivery times

Covers are made to order, so delivery times are longer than for standard products: sewing takes 5–10 business days from receipt of payment, after which the product is shipped via the selected delivery method. Total waiting time from order to delivery depends on the destination country and typically ranges from 7–17 business days.

6. Cancelling an order before production begins

If you wish to cancel your order before sewing has begun, please contact us as soon as possible by email. If production has not yet started, we can cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Once sewing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible, as the product is already being individually manufactured.
