The details: how a made-to-measure cover differs from a universal one

A universal cover is made for an “average” piece of furniture. A made-to-measure one is made for yours. The difference shows in the details.

Precise corners

We sew to the length, width and height of your specific furniture, so the corners of the cover line up with the corners of the furniture. The fabric doesn't sag or bunch up like a sack.

Drawstring hem

There's a drawstring with a toggle at the bottom. Once the cover is on, pull it tight and the wind won't blow it off.

Room without excess

The calculator adds +3 cm on each side to the length and width – just enough to make the cover easy to put on. We don't add extra to the height, so the hem doesn't drag on the ground.

Seams along the furniture edges

The seams run along the edges of the furniture, so the cover keeps the furniture's shape and looks neat.
